Shipping - Ordered before 15:00, shipped the same day

When you place an order with Vivetus®, you don't have to worry about additional shipping costs. We believe that a healthy lifestyle and sustainability should be accessible to everyone, which is why we bear the cost of shipping your order.

The Vivetus team aims to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day. Depending on your location, it usually takes 1-2 working days before you receive your order. Orders placed after this 15:00, on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Returning

Return of products starts with an e-mail to info@vivetus.nl. Please include your name, order date, order number, products and reason for return in the e-mail. Once you have registered a return, we will send you shipping instructions.

When sending products, do not forget to include the packing slip. This is the easiest way for us to process the return. As soon as we have received the parcel in good order, we will transfer the amount back into your account as soon as possible.

Return conditions

  • Should you have received a gift from us, you need to send this along as well;
  • The article must not have been used and the packaging must still be intact;
  • The article must be back with us within 14 days after the date of receipt;
  • The article will be delivered to us in good condition.

  • If you have received the wrong product;
  • The product is defective;
  • The product is beyond its use-by date.
